As a practitioner in this field, I use various energy healing modalities with each having its unique approach aiming to remove energy blockages, alleviate stress and anxiety, and promote the natural flow of energy throughout your body. My role as your healing practitioner also includes teaching you grounding techniques, which can help you reconnect with the present moment and welcome a sense of calmness.
