Mindful Meditation Classes to Soothe Your Soul and Calm Your Mind.

The Serenitas Coaching Online Meditation Class Series can help you learn to sit in silence for short or long periods throughout your day, regardless of whether you have experience or not.

Online Classes

Meditation Comes in Many Different Forms. What Works for One Person May Not Work for Another.

My primary goal is to help as many people as possible learn to meditate using various techniques to refocus, relax, and live in the present moment. I invite you to have a look through the following classes. Some are available online, which you must register for, while others are downloadable. The beauty is that you learn at your own pace, on your schedule, and wherever you like.

Breath Awareness

Your breath is always with you,  even in the moments when life feels like too much. This practice invites you to return to your breath, again and again, until the noise in your mind begins to quiet and you remember what it feels like to be mindfully present.

Body Awareness

So much of what we carry lives in the body long before the mind catches up. This gentle practice guides you from head to toe, helping you notice what’s been asking for your attention all along. It asks with curiosity instead of judgment.

Mantra

When your thoughts won’t stop circling, a single word or phrase can become an anchor. Repeating your mantra aloud or in silence can give your mind a soft place to land, until the spinning slows and stillness finds you.

Loving Kindness

It’s easy to be hard on yourself, and harder still to extend that same grace to others. This practice softens both, inviting warmth and genuine compassion back into your heart, for yourself and everyone around you.

Gratitude

There’s a quiet kind of joy that comes from noticing what’s already good in your life. This practice invites you to pause and reflect on the people, moments, and small wonders that fill you with appreciation, shifting your focus, even briefly, from what’s missing to what’s already here.

Visualization

Sometimes the life you’re working toward needs to be felt before it can be built. Using your imagination, you’ll create vivid, calming scenes, or picture yourself moving through challenges with ease, engaging your senses to make that future feel a little more real.

Body, Mind, and Heart Connection

When your body, mind, and heart feel like they’re pulling in three different directions, this practice brings them back into one conversation, helping you notice what you’re feeling, where you’re holding it, and how it’s all connected so you can move through life with more clarity and less inner static.

Meeting Your Higher Self

Beneath the everyday version of you is a wiser one, the one who already knows what you need. Through considerate contemplation and stillness, this practice helps you access that inner voice, gaining perspective, clarity, and a truer sense of your own purpose.

Meeting Your Guide

Meeting your guide focuses on connecting with a spiritual guide or helper meditatively. This could be an animal spirit, an ascended master, an ancestor, or a being of light. The purpose is establishing a relationship with this guide to receive support, wisdom, and healing. Meeting your guide during meditation is a practice that can deepen your spiritual connection and understanding. It can provide a sense of belonging, purpose, and connection to something greater than yourself.

Expansive Journeying

When the familiar stops offering answers, the path forward can live somewhere beyond ordinary awareness. Through drumming, chanting, or rhythmic breathwork, this practice opens the door to inner worlds, bringing fresh insight, creativity, and a renewed connection to your own intuition.

A Practice Is Only the Beginning

Whatever you’re working through, there’s a path forward that fits you. You don’t have to know exactly which step is next. Serenitas Coaching is a doorway back home to your heart;  Choose the solution calling to you.
