Meditation comes in many different forms, and what may work for one person may not work for another. My primary goal is to help as many people as possible learn how to meditate with various techniques to help refocus, relax, and live in the present moment.  I invite you to have a look through the following classes. Some are provided online, where you must register, while others are downloadable. The beauty is that you learn at your own pace, on your schedule, and wherever you like.

Breath Awareness

Breath awareness meditation is a simple yet powerful practice where you focus your attention on the sensation of your breath—the natural rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. It’s a foundational technique in many meditation traditions and is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.

Body Awareness

Mantra

This practice involves repeating a word, sound, or phrase—the mantra—to focus the mind and enter a deeper state of consciousness. As you repeat the mantra, you let go of other thoughts and distractions, allowing the mantra to guide your attention inward.

Loving Kindness

Visualization

Using your imagination to create mental images that evoke feelings of peace, relaxation, or inspiration can be your own personal escape, anytime you need it.
