“I didn’t know I needed healing mentally, physically and spiritually until I was guided to spend time with Brenda. She has taught and guided me with finding my inner peace, self-worth and happiness. Through journaling and meditation, she is helping me heal from the inside-out. Her kindness and words of wisdom are on my gratitude list daily from being my “Spiritual Godmother.”
“When my friend suggested I see Brenda, she also suggested I go in with an open mind and open heart. With that said, it’s a little challenging to put into words (exactly) how she helps. I can say this; for the past year, our appointments have been instrumental in my personal and professional growth. I am on a healing journey and Brenda is like a safety net, always knowing what to say to shed some light. I consider her my Spiritual Councillor, and as I reconnect daily with my inner world and outer world, I continue to feel more at peace and at ease, always giving thanks for the opportunity to see the world from a new set of lenses.”
“Brenda has brought me to see things clearly, which in turn has allowed me to set strong boundaries and make life changing decisions that needed to be done. These changes were necessary for my well-being and survival. She’s helped make life worth living and I will forever be grateful.”
“After working with Brenda, I found self-love, inner peace and happiness. I have received life skills and tools to be happier every day and to help manage my anxiety.
I feel stronger, connected from within and have finally reached a level of self-acceptance that has transformed the way I live my life.”
“A beyond doubt way to have doors opened through the mind and undiscovered perspectives revealed, by means of open ended and free flowing meditation”
I was involved in two back-to-back motor vehicles accidents that impacted my physical health as well as my mental health well-being. My lower spine (L3) was fractured and i suffered two concussions in a short period of time that caused neurological damage. My body was put in sudden acute pain as well as cognitive issues. I was also suffering from PTSD and depression which put me in a dark space.
Brenda, through energy work and mindfulness, along with daily gratitude affirmations has brought me to see things clearly, which in turn has allowed me to set strong boundaries and make life changing decisions that needed to be done. These changes were necessary for my well-being and survival.
It’s never easy saying « no » but it is so freeing , especially when you know that your survival depends on it. It gets easier I promise. Your life will never be as good !
I am forever and for always grateful for the energy work that Brenda has done on me. I owe her my life! She’s helped make it worth living.”
FAQ
Here are Some of the Most Common Questions.
My available times are Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you prefer, you can also call me at 506-378-2737 to schedule your session.
I understand life can happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least [24/48] hours’ notice so I can offer that time to someone else.
There’s nothing you need to do to “get ready,” just come as you are. If it helps, take a few quiet moments beforehand to notice what’s present for you: a feeling, a question, a tension you’re carrying. Wear something comfortable, have water nearby, and if you’re joining virtually, find a space where you won’t be interrupted. This is your time and the only preparation that matters is a willingness to open your mind and heart to the process.
While traditional therapy often focuses on psychological well-being, Serenitas Coaching integrates a person’s emotional beliefs and practices in every session. We acknowledges that many issues, including those related to chronic pain or ongoing therapy, have a spiritual component. These private sessions can complement the work you are doing with pain doctors and other therapists, offering a holistic approach that addresses questions of meaning, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself.
Expect a safe, unhurried space where you can be fully present. We’ll start by checking in on where you’re at, then move into whatever the session calls for. That might be a soulful conversation, a guided grounding practice, or simply sitting with what’s present. There’s no script here. My role is to hold space for you, ask the questions that help you go deeper, and offer tools you can carry with you long after our time together ends.
