FAQ

Here are Some of the Most Common Questions.

My available times are Tuesdays through Thursdays, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you prefer, you can also call me at 506-378-2737 to schedule your session.

I understand life can happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least [24/48] hours’ notice so I can offer that time to someone else.

There’s nothing you need to do to “get ready,” just come as you are. If it helps, take a few quiet moments beforehand to notice what’s present for you: a feeling, a question, a tension you’re carrying. Wear something comfortable, have water nearby, and if you’re joining virtually, find a space where you won’t be interrupted. This is your time and the only preparation that matters is a willingness to open your mind and heart to the process.

While traditional therapy often focuses on psychological well-being, Serenitas Coaching integrates a person’s emotional beliefs and practices in every session. We acknowledges that many issues, including those related to chronic pain or ongoing therapy, have a spiritual component. These private sessions can complement the work you are doing with pain doctors and other therapists, offering a holistic approach that addresses questions of meaning, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself.

Expect a safe, unhurried space where you can be fully present. We’ll start by checking in on where you’re at, then move into whatever the session calls for. That might be a soulful conversation, a guided grounding practice, or simply sitting with what’s present. There’s no script here. My role is to hold space for you, ask the questions that help you go deeper, and offer tools you can carry with you long after our time together ends.
