I know he is no longer here. And yet, somehow, I am aware he is never far away.

This time with self has taught me many things I didn’t know I needed to learn. I know my children need me. But there is also a feeling, a knowingness, that many others need me too.

The Lessons I Almost Forgot

This time with self has shown me something important. What is past has carried many lessons. Some of those lessons came to me so early in life that I never realized how much I needed them. Only now am I learning to receive what they were always trying to teach me.

A Path That Has Been Waiting

This time with self brings me a new path — one that has been waiting for me for a long time. I am learning to feel it, to know it, to enjoy it. This path is leading me toward joy, peace, and balance. It has always been here for me. I only had to be ready to walk it.

The door opens, and I walk inside. The door closes softly behind me, closing the chapter on what was, as I welcome what’s next.

My Purple Vortex

This time with self, I look in a new direction. Above the stars, I see the brightest of lights — a light that shines down on my mind, my body, and my soul. It feels like one connection, one thread between that light and me.

I see it as a purple vortex. I bask in it as I learn to grow. I bask in it as I learn to glow.

This time with self is helping me grow. It is showing me a wisdom I always carried, but had somehow forgotten.

Finding My Own Way

From day to night, and night to day, I am discovering my own way. My way to self-love. My way to healing. My way to balance. My way to peace.

This time with self, and with my own energy, has become my guided way. As I gaze into my purple vortex, I simply know where I am, and where I am meant to go.

I must remember to take it slow. I do not need to rush where I need to be. I only need to be present.

This time with self, I arrive exactly where I am. And I embrace everything I have learned.

This time, I fall in love again.
